The building features wireless Internet, gas fireplace and large decks overlooking a pond in a beautiful park setting. A restored 1880s timber-frame Barn serves as a rustic backdrop for your reception, meeting, reunion or other gathering. Exposed barn beams, a gas fireplace and deck overlooking small pond lend to the atmosphere. A nearby gazebo that once graced the estate of Christian Moerlein is also available for your use. The Muhlhauser Barn seats approximately 200 guests. Tables (round and rectangular) and chairs are provided. Renters must provide set-up and catered food service. There are no kitchen facilities. The Muhlhauser is not heated and has no air conditioning. The Muhlhauser Barn is a seasonal facility with rental dates available April 1 through Nov. 15 only. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: $900 residents Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: $1,000 non-residents Monday through Thursday: $600 residents Monday through Thursday: $700 non-residents A 20 percent discount is offered to non-profit groups.
