-Site inspections at meeting venues, hotels and attractions

-Help securing hotel accommodations

-Suggested leisure activities for pre-meeting events

-Help providing transportation to area venues

-Literature and maps for your pre-event mailings

-Welcome bags for all attendees when they arrive
