As a school nurse for over 20 years, Diane Herbel always knew her true passion was with people and her community. She saw a need for more local businesses in her hometown, and decided to open her own coffee shop.

Diane loves coffee, and wanted to make sure that her shop was a fun and comfortable space for everyone. There are so many options when it comes to coffee, so it was important to Diane that State Street Coffee would feel approachable for customers to ask questions and try new things.
