Flub’s – Hamilton & Fairfield
This ice cream locale is rich in history and flavors. Serving up sherbert, Italian ice, and creamy ice cream cones topped with goodies since 1965. Flub’s is known for their “cyclones.” Give Jessica’s Oreo Cheesecake Cyclone a try. Vanilla creamy whipped ice cream is infused with Oreos and cheesecake, and topped with even more of the same toppings. That’s just one of over forty flavors of their famous cyclones.

The Cone – West Chester
Have you ever had an ice cream cone served to you out of an actual giant cone? This eye-catching building brings visitors from all over for the unique building and tasty treats. The Cone has been serving ice cream in the West Chester shop since July of 1995. One of their most popular menu items is the orange & vanilla twist cone. A fall favorite, pumpkin, is also now on the menu!
The Mobile Cone can be found on the go, and can be seen at Butler County festivals, fairs and other large events.
Spring Street Treats – Oxford
This popular ice cream spot is located near Miami University. You can have delicious soft-serve in your choice of a cake or waffle cone, bowl, shake, malt, sundae or mix-up! They offer free sprinkles everyday as an added bonus! Spring Street Treats has their own mini-park outside with bleachers, picnic tables, swings and games.
The Dip – Fairfield
The Dip names their team of ice cream pros, “The Dipsters.” Here you’ll find soft-serve ice cream with a seaside theme. Grab a seat at one of the picnic tables or under the sparkling gazebo. The Dip serves soft-serve ice cream, yogurt, pure fruit smoothies, sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs.
Tip: Bring your dog with you for this outing, they serve doggie cones!
Twist Ice Cream Co – Liberty Township
The motto of Twist Ice Cream is “Happiness Guaranteed.” Twist offers up soft-serve, milkshakes, choco tacos, sundaes, slushes, artic twists and glaciers. A glacier is a fun combination of your choice of slush mixed with your favorite ice cream. If you’re in need of some caffeine, the coffee frappe is the way to go!
Barn-n-Bunk – Trenton
Barn-n-Bunk provides a distinctive venue for ice cream. Here you’ll be able to enjoy your indulgence in a 1900s barn in the ice cream and candy shop. 16 flavors of Velvet Premium ice cream are served, sundaes, shakes, banana splits and floats are on the menu. Want to take a sweet treat to go? The candy shop has homemade fudge, caramels, Amish chocolates and homemade kettle corn.
The Creamery – West Chester
At the Creamery you’ll craft your own unique ice cream creation. First you pick your ice cream. They have everyday favorites or seasonal picks. A few of the everyday favorites include birthday cake, salted caramel, cheesecake and chocolate peanut butter. Next you’ll select your mix-in(s). After this difficult decision The Creamery expertly mixes it all together on a frozen slab. Last but not least you pick cone or cup, for the perfect decadent combination.
