Fretboard Brewing & Public House – Loaded Hash Brown Squares

Recently opened, Fretboard has already captivated the town of Hamilton with their unique dining experience. At the new location they have created a menu with the collaboration with Looking Glass Hospitality Group. This new menu does not disappoint, starting with the house-made Loaded Hash Brown Squares topped with beer cheese, bacon, and scallions. Make sure to stop on by and see what the hype is all about.

Agave & Rye – Chips and Dips

At the new Agave & Rye in Liberty Center they have put their own spin on traditional Mexican cuisine. Starting with one of their eight different dips; salsa, Chile de arbol sauce, mango & avocado salsa, pineapple salsa, queso, queso & spicy andouille, guacamole, and Carolina reaper salsa! Try not to settle on just one, try the “Pick 3” to savor a few.

Combs BBQ is a Middletown favorite and their nachos are just one reason why. Blue corn tortilla chips layered with pulled pork, shredded cheese, onion, jalapeno, and their house BBQ sauce. With the perfect ratio of ingredients, you get a little bit of everything in every bite!

Tano Bistro – Crab Cake

The newly opened Tano Bistro is the ideal place to go for a date night out. They are turning heads with their exquisite food and excellent service, starting with a Crab Cake that is flawlessly cooked to a golden crisp. Served with jalapeno tartar, watermelon radish slaw, and Dijon mustard greens.

Aladdin’s Eatery is Lebanese American inspired food that is fresh and natural. Their award-winning Hummus is the staple of the restaurant and something not to pass up on. Pictured below is the Hummus Shawarma Plate which is their award-winning hummus topped with grilled strips of seasoned beef sirloin, fried pine nuts, diced tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
