Intrude at Pyramid Hill

Experience Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum like never before! A worldwide phenomenon from Sydney, Australia will make its Midwest debut this fall. This beautiful public art installation will feature five giant illuminated rabbits, with the largest being over 23 feet tall!

 

Intrude by Amanda Parer, will be hoppening on the hill for a limited time, from October 6-15, 2017. Spend time exploring amongst the bunnies during general admission, or check out one of the exciting special programs that have been curated to celebrate the artwork.

Intrude Special Debut Party

October 5

5:30-8PM

Be the FIRST to experience Intrude! This special celebration will include a cocktail party, heavy hors d'oeuvres, champagne toasting, and official bunny lighting. See Pyramid Hill's website for pricing and tickets.

 

Hat Making Workshops with Gina Scarnati

Channel your inner Effie Trinket! The Hollywood costume maker who created the hats for the first Hunger Games film will be teaching hat making workshops for makers of all skill levels. A workshop for children 6 - 12 is free with park admission. Adult (12+) classes will be offered at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Visit Pyramid Hill’s website for dates and times.

 

Hip Hop Night

October 7

7-10PM

Ever spent an evening dancing the night away amongst giant, glowing bunnies? Neither have we. This is your moment! Dance and interact with illuminated works of art, while listening to the tunes of popular Cincinnati-based DJ crew, The Animal Crackers.

 

The Hare Show

October 8

5-8PM

Local stylists will interpret the monumental sculptures of Pyramid Hill in a new medium, hair! The park’s sculpture collection will take to the catwalk during a fashion show taking place amongst the art installation.   

 

Hoppy Hour

October 10

6-8PM
Find a very hoppy happy hour complete with craft beer, a DJ, games, and of course, the bunnies!

 

Mad Hatter Tea Party

October 13

7-9PM (Free with hat making workshop participation)
Show off your new crafty creation, or dazzle in a hat from your personal collection at this Mad Hatter themed tea party. 

  

Ticket Prices / Admission Hours

General admission between 12-7PM is $8 for adults, $3 for children ages 6 - 12, and free for members. General admission after 7PM will be $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 - 12, and $5 for members. Special event and program prices vary.
