Who is MamaBear?

MamaBear's Mac started out as a food truck in 2018, and has since then added catering and a brick-and-mortar location. It all started with Kimberley Heileman's (MamaBear) old fashioned mac and cheese, made from scratch. Her business took off from there, with Kim and her husband Dave (PapaBear) adding more specialities to their menu.

You can try the classic mac or test out one of MamaBear's specialties; there's a loaded baked potato mac and even bruschetta mac topped with prosciutto. Whether you're a traditionalist or an adventurous foodie, there's something for everyone!

Open at Grainworks Brewing

MamaBear's Mac food truck was on the road all around Butler County, and in 2022 they partnered up with Grainworks Brewing in West Chester to open their brick-and-mortar location inside of the brewery.

It's the perfect pairing— delicious mac and refreshing beer! Their new location allowed MamaBear's Mac to expand their menu options, offering a wide range of appetizers, entrees, and of course... more amazing mac and cheese flavors.
