Born and raised in the Butler County area I have been able to get the full indulgence of our local pizzeria’s. With plenty of places to get your pizza cravings satisfied, these are a few of my favorite locally owned ones. From a city staple, modern twist, or those adventurous ones these pizzerias are sure to please all of the Pizza Lovers out there.
Voted #1 in Butler County and Hamilton’s oldest pizza joint. This is a “have to” kind of place when visiting. Owner Richard Underwood opened his first location in 1955, where he created his famous pizza recipe that’s now a city staple. Now with 4 locations in Butler County there is no way you can miss this chance. Richard’s is not only known for their pizza, so don’t be afraid to venture out and order their Famous Italian Steak Sandwich.

My Recommendation: Keeping it simple, my favorite is the pepperoni pizza. But you can’t forget to take some of the freshly made fudge home with you.
Not in the mood for your average pizza? Shaddock’s is the place to go in Butler County for your crazy pizza wants. Serving cold beer, pizza, and subs since 1963, Shaddock’s is a Middletown tradition. Known for their thinner crispy crust pies and great service.

My recommendation: Their famous Taco Pizza; salsa, cheese, onion, jalapeno, black olive, lettuce, tomato, and a side of sour cream
Curving your late-night slice crave. Bruno’s Pizza sells New York style by the slice. This is the perfect place to stop by when you are out and about wanting a quick snack. Not full yet? Pair your slice with their famous Bruno Dough, “Our famous dough deep fried & sprinkled with garlic butter and parmesan cheese”.

My recommendation: Bruno’s Favorite – Pepperoni, sausage, onion, green peppers, and mushrooms.
Bringing the Greek style of pizza to The Streets of West Chester. Look no further for a fresh and modern twist to this traditional dish. Skally’s offers many options of their pizza, but you can’t go wrong with their traditional thick crust. Dough taken from their local bakery, Old World Bakery, gives you promised freshness and high-quality ingredients. If not in the mood for pizza don’t pass up this place, try one of their famous pita pockets.
My recommendation: Traditional Cheese Pizza, substitute the traditional sauce with the thin crust sauce!
I couldn’t have said it better myself. This is a family owned pick up pizza joint. Chester’s Pizza, celebrating 65 years, has been passed down through generations. Known for their fresh ingredients and amazing taste there is no need for them to stray away from their Mom’s original recipe. Whenever you are stopping by, you’ll get the same amazing taste we locals have all been talking about.

My recommendation: The BBQ Chicken – BBQ sauce, pepperoni, onion, chicken, and bacon
Whether you are dining in or carrying out, Fairfield Pizza is a great place to go for some family time. Serving up tavern style pizza; Thinner & crunchier crust, square cut slices, and toppings from edge-to-edge, there is nothing better. With having such a broad menu this is the perfect place for an outing with the family, even your pickiest eater can find something they’ll enjoy.

My recommendation: Get one of their house salads to start things off and order the Pepperoni Doubler; two layers of pepperoni and extra cheese.
