From the creative mastermind behind Agave & Rye and Son of a Butcher, Cowboy Sally's Texas BBQ prides itself on serving authentic Texas-style BBQ. The atmosphere mirrors a Texas saloon with an eclectic twist that features servers rocking bright blue cowboy hats and a karaoke stage for the ultimate hoedown throw-down!

At Cowboy Sally's Texas BBQ, it's all about the meats. They pride themselves on a simplified yet mouthwatering menu of barbecue classics including brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage and chicken.

In addition to the hearty meat options, there are plenty of Southern-inspired side fixings and snacks, such as loaded Texas nachos, pigs in a blanket, and deep-fried deviled eggs.

Cowboy Sally's sides are made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. From creamy Mac n' Cheese to tangy coleslaw, their sides perfectly complement the flavorful BBQ.

Giddy Up to the Karaoke Stage

Concept creator Yavonne Sarber believes that dining should be more than just eating; it should be a full experience. Every piece of Cowboy Sally's is incredibly thought out and intentional — the colorful atmosphere of wall murals and chandeliers brings together the complete dining experience.

Once you enter the back dining room of the restaurant, your eyes will focus towards the bright pink neon sign displayed directly behind the karaoke stage. Cowboy Sally's Texas BBQ will be offering late-night karaoke for guests to sing their hearts out on Fridays and Saturdays until 2am.
