It wouldn't be National Chili Dog Day in Ohio without a classic coney (or two) from Skyline Chili. If you didn't know, Skyline is a Cincinnati staple, founded in 1949 by Greek immigrant Nicholas Lambrinides and named for the view of Cincinnati's skyline. Butler County is home to multiple locations so it's easy to find! The Cheese Coney is a must-try— hotdog with Cincinnati chili, mustard, onions, and piled high with fresh cheese. If you like a kick, don't forget to add some Skyline hot sauce!

Happy National Chili Dog Day!
